Orders are prepared with care and shipped with tracking once they leave the ISLE&STONE studio.
Processing Time
Each ISLE&STONE order is reviewed and prepared before shipment. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
During periods of high volume, preparation times may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary by destination, carrier, and seasonal volume.
Shipping estimates begin once the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email associated with your order.
You may also view order status from your ISLE&STONE account if the order was placed while signed in.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected regions. Duties, taxes, and import fees may be collected by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
ISLE&STONE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local carrier restrictions.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Once an order has shipped, the address may no longer be changed.
If your order has not shipped yet, contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please first check the carrier tracking link. If there has been no movement for several business days, contact our team with your order number and tracking information.
