Eligible items may be returned within the stated policy window after delivery.
Return eligibility begins from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Item Condition
Items should be returned unused, with original packaging where possible.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use beyond try-on handling may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested for eligible items when a different stone, finish, or size is needed.
Availability of replacement items depends on current inventory. If the requested replacement is unavailable, our team may offer a return or alternative option.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and reviewed.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import fees may not be refundable unless required by local regulations.
Final Sale / Ineligible Items
Certain items may be final sale or ineligible for return depending on condition, customization, hygiene restrictions, or policy limitations.
If an item is marked final sale at purchase, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Return or exchange options may become available after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
